I recently moved to the area and needed to update my auto and home policies.  I called Tri Palms as they seemed to be in the community (and they are)!  I met with Doug Wilson, the owner, who spent a great deal of time guiding me through the whole process.  I was amazed at how much I didn’t know!

Doug ended up putting me in a policy that provides me with better protection at a great rate.  I felt listened to, treated like I was the only one in the room, and that I was special to him.  I never felt that from any insurance agency.
